No. Shipora is software. You offer your customers a service guarantee — if a parcel is lost or damaged, you reship or refund it — and you keep the fees customers pay for that guarantee. No insurer, no underwriting, no middleman.

Who handles claims?

You do, in a dashboard built for it. Every protected order sits in one table with a status — pending, approved, declined. Most merchants resolve a claim in under two minutes.

Will it work with my theme?

Shipora uses a native theme app block with plain JavaScript — no form hijacking, no theme edits. It works with cart pages and slide-out cart drawers across all major themes.

What happens when I hit my plan's order limit?

Checkout keeps working — customers can still buy protection. Analytics for new orders pause until the next billing cycle or an upgrade.
